Do you teach complete beginners?

Yes, I have taught loads of beginners over the years. I work hard so you won't stay a beginner for long though and I will have you playing along to your favourite songs in no time.
 

Do you teach children?

Yes, though from experience I find children younger than 8 tend to struggle with the guitar, so I recommend starting your kids off from 9 and up. Half hour to 45 minute lessons each week tend suit children best. You are more than welcome to join us during the guitar lesson if you wish to sit in. I have also been fully CRB checked.
 

Where are you based?

I teach most of my guitar lessons from my home in Lostock, Bolton, BL6 4EE just near to the Reebok Stadium. I can travel to a students house as well if need be, but may have to charge extra dependent on distance.
 

Do you teach Electric AND Acoustic guitar?

Yes, you can take your lessons in electric or acoustic guitar, the choice is yours.
 

Do I need to own a guitar before I start my first lesson?

No, I have guitars here that you are more than welcome to use.
 

What happens if I have to cancel a lesson?

That is no problem at all, simply email or ring me 24hrs before and you can cancel or re-arrange your guitar lesson. Please note you will be charged the full price of the lesson if cancelled at short notice.
