About Me
I have been playing the guitar for over 22 years and remain every bit as passionate as I did when I first started.
Having originally played in local thrash and metal bands as a teenager, over the years I've branched out and learned many different musical styles.
Experience
To date, I've played in a jazz trio, written music for an award winning documentary film, played in several indie, blues and rock cover bands as well as playing guitar in a touring function band. I am now 'Johnny Marr' in one of the UK's top tribute bands to the The Smiths, The Smiths Ltd, which I also manage.
I have a friendly, outgoing personality and Im excited to help you learn to play the guitar songs that you love. Covering all genres, from rock to jazz and much more in between, I can help you achieve your aims on guitar through engaging one to one lessons.
Home or Studio Lessons
I have a small home studio packed with guitar gear capable of recording lessons if need be as well as my own transportation if you would like to learn guitar in the comfort of your own home. All of my lessons and resources are tailored just for you, helping you learn at your own pace.
